Service Description

This class is open to students of ALL LEVELS. Gracie or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a ground fighting system designed to be effective for everyone, regardless of size and strength. Classes will include training for movement on the ground, takedowns, throws, ground control, and attacks including joint locks and chokes. This is a no-Gi class but tighter fitting clothing (e.g., rash guards, spats/leggings) are encouraged for our Jiu-Jitsu classes. Boxing gloves and mouth guard are required for all classes. Groin cups are highly encouraged. Indoor, non-marking shoes or bare feet only on the training floor. Class sizes are limited and students must reserve their spot before hand. COVID-19 GYM RULES: Students are required to wear a face covering/mask at all times while in the facility. Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged to use throughout the class time. Members must disinfect all equipment used during class. If you have ANY symptoms associated with COVID-19 please do not attend classes. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could mean a temporary shutdown of our gym and that’s a lose-lose for everyone.
